Residents invited to policing roundtable with Adam Dance MP and Police and Crime Commissioner
Residents across Yeovil and South Somerset are being invited to attend a Community Policing Roundtable hosted by Adam Dance MP and Avon and Somerset Police and Crime Commissioner Clare Moody.
The event will take place on Friday 24 July, from 10am to 11.30am, at Westlands Entertainment Venue, Yeovil.
The 90-minute session will give local people the opportunity to raise concerns, ask questions and discuss issues affecting their communities directly with both Adam and the Police and Crime Commissioner.
Topics could include neighbourhood policing, antisocial behaviour, rural crime, road safety and wider community safety issues.
Adam Dance MP said:
"People regularly tell me that crime and community safety are among their biggest concerns. Whether it's antisocial behaviour, rural crime, shoplifting or police visibility, it's important that local people have the chance to raise these issues directly.
"I'm pleased to be hosting this roundtable alongside Clare Moody. It's an opportunity to listen to residents, answer questions and discuss how we can continue improving policing across Yeovil and South Somerset.
"I'd encourage anyone with concerns or ideas to come along and take part in the conversation."
