Laws To Meet With Local Residents Over Planned Cuts To Winsham Bus Services
David Laws, MP for Yeovil Constituency, will this week visit the village of Winsham to support local residents in protesting against cuts to vital local bus services.
Mr. Laws will meet with Winsham residents, who are protesting against the withdrawal by Somerset County Council of the number 90 bus route which connects the village to the surrounding area, and on which many Winsham residents rely to visit neighbouring hospitals, shops and amenities.
Mr. Laws will be available for photographs and comments from 9.00am this Friday 27th January 2012 at the Bus Shelter at the junction of Davies Close and Chard Road (B3162) in Winsham, along the Number 90 bus route.
