Local MP welcomes royal visit to the yeovil foyer

Local Lib Dem MP David Laws has today commented on the visit of Their Royal Highnesses the Earl and Countess of Wessex to the Yeovil Foyer Project on the 1st March.

David Laws said:

“I was delighted to have welcomed the Earl and Countess of Wessex to the Yeovil Foyer. Their Royal Highnesses were shown around the sound studio, IT suite and talked to some of the young people who live and learn at the Project.

“I visited the Yeovil Foyer a few months ago and I am sure that the Earl and Countess of Wessex were as impressed as I was with how the project helps young people learn new skills and develop their confidence.

“It was a great day for all concerned. I hope that those who work in the Yeovil Foyer and are supported by it enjoyed their Royal visit.”
