Dentistry

David has campaigned for improved access to NHS dentistry services in the South Somerset area, presenting a petition to 10 Downing Street and writing several letters to Ministers. Working with South Somerset Primary Care Trust, the campaign successfully culminated in the opening of Osborne House Dental Centre in Yeovil at the end of 2002. David is continuing to push the Government over a similar venture in Chard, designed to provide dental services for the Chard, Ilminster and Crewkerne area.
