Tax credits

Following a number of complaints from constituents regarding difficulties with the new tax credits system, David has been pressing the Government to address the flaws in the administration of the scheme. He has tabled a number of Parliamentary Questions in order to ascertain the scale of the problem, and has written to the Paymaster General’s office on numerous occasions pressing for action on this issue. David has also been in direct contact with the Tax Credit office on an individual basis on behalf of a number of his constituents to resolve the difficulties they have been experiencing.
