Jason’s Three to Fix
1. Pedestrian Crossing
Jason is campaigning for a safer crossing at Manor Court School. There have been many near-misses at this crossing and a safer alternative is needed to guarantee the safety of our school children.
2. Leisure Facilities
Jason has campaigned for a better Swimming pool for Chard. The current pool is in a poor state with ageing equipment which is in urgent need of repair and replacement. We cannot lose this valuable asset from our local communities.
Jason is concerned about the roads and infrastructure of the town. We are being asked to build more houses but our roads are at breaking point. We need to improve the network before we build properties and not after.
